As Events Coordinator, we rely on you to
- Conduct site inspection effectively and professionally with thorough knowledge of clients' needs and hotel products
- Answer all incoming group and event inquiries / opportunities
- Present benefits of the hotel to the client
- Develop and sends out concise and accurate contracts
- Maintain proper hand over of event to event management / conference servicing
- Meet measurable targets and revenue goals (individual and team)
- Have excellent product knowledge of function space, audio-visual equipment, capacities, guest room inventory, room rates and menus
- Perform any other responsibilities that may be assigned by management related to current role
We are looking for someone who

- Communicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language)
- Enjoys crafting best-fit solutions for guests
- Excellent communication, interpersonal relationships, and time management skills
- Is sales driven with proven ability to close sales and achieve results
- Has at least 1 year experience in a Conference & Events Sales Executive or similar role
