Mission
We are in an expedition to build the futuristic telco operating system which will fundamentally disrupt the way how telco works and is perceived by the customers. In this journey, Quality Assurance is a key pillar of our success to rapidly deliver the power back to the customers with utmost quality. We are looking for a well seasoned leader in quality assurance with a proven track record of strategizing the overall quality of complex product platforms . Ideal candidates will possess diverse expertise in quality assurance including but not limited to test automation, automation frameworks, performance, security, CI/CD, QAOps, etc.
As a senior member of our team, your responsibilities include :
- Spearhead the entire software quality assurance vision with a focus on QA Automation
- Layout strategic QA center of excellence aligning with the vision/mission of the company and product platforms
- Align and deploy operational and tactical teams to take the ownership of test automation by closely working with relevant engineering and other teams
- Hire, build, groom and nurture a skilled teams covering all aspects of quality assurance
- Establish and inculcate world class QA engineering process and practices
- Measure the success of overall quality assurance via clearly defined OKRs
- Reduce the overall time to market by efficient and effective automation strategy, coverage, implementation and monitoring.
- Conduct frequent QA audits to identify the bottlenecks and take sustainable corrective actions
- Provide the vision and guidance to build automation platforms & tools to reduce the overall effort and time for automation and also to cohesively integrate to the CI/CD pipelines
- Provide the leadership to inculcate the quality culture within the company
- Create an inspiring team spirit with an open communication while working with geographically dispersed teams.
We are looking for individuals with . . .
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in quality assurance or engineering.
- Proven track records of successfully driving overall QA strategy
- Clearly demonstrated leadership and management skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Thorough understanding about the agile practices and CI/CD process
- Demonstrated and extensive experience with Selenium, Cucumber, or similar and testing framework such as Junit, TestNG
