Candidate Profile
● A minimum of 1-2 years customer service and administrative experience
● Age up to 30 years
● Preferably from Hospitality/Travel/Tourism industries with exposure in customer interaction
● Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communications skills, with an open mind to changes
● Good team player with a positive attitude and ability to work under pressure, juggling a variety of tasks
● Fluency in English is mandatory
● Good telephone etiquettes and ability to perform secretarial tasks with deadlines
● Able to handle correspondences effectively and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
