The primary role of the entry-level analyst is to assist the fraud team with daily chargeback monitoring, case investigations, and reporting. The role requires strong written and verbal communication skills decision-making skills and the ability to document and organize case records.
How you will make an impact:
- eCommerce chargeback case management.
- Monitor, investigate, and respond to payment dispute inquiries received from the merchant banks.
- Chargeback reporting

Prepare chargeback reports for internal monitoring and tracking.
We are looking for people who:
- Minimum 1 year’s work experience
- Credit Card Payments
- Attention to detail
- Microsoft Office (EXCEL)
- Time management
