Our Road Marking operation is starting to prepare for their busy season working on the State Highway and local body roading networks. We are now looking for you to join our friendly Dunedin team as a Road Marking Pilot Driver.

About The Role
You will play an essential part of our close-knit road marking crew as you support the road marking operator. Not only will you operate the pilot vehicle and load product, you’ll be carrying out labouring duties from placing signs and cones. The role will require administration duties where you communicate with the team in both a written and verbal manner over radios and other systems. You’ll have traffic management duties, identify hazards and run quality assurance checks.
About You
Along with your positive attitude and your ability to commit to the busy season there are a few essentials, but don’t stress too much if you don’t tick them all off, we are prepared to train you:
- You will hold a minimum Class 2 full New Zealand drivers’ licence with the ability to operate a manual vehicle (our vehicles are not automatic sorry)!
- Previous experience in Road Marking as a Pilot Driver beneficial
- A good level of fitness, energetic and a love for the working outdoors
- The flexibility to stay away from home when required
- Traffic Controller ticket, DG endorsement and Construct Safe qualifications preferred
