If you’re a dynamic go-getter:
- Between 20 to 30 years of age
- Has a good understanding of documentation
- Is tech-savvy
- Is fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Has a good understanding of account opening documentation.
The role:
- Go through archives and list available documents and missing & outdated documents.
- Write to clients requesting and updating the missing documents.
- Follow up with clients and obtain the documents.
- Scan and update completed account records to file.
Additional info:
- Previous experience in back-office operations at a stock brokering firm or bank will be an added advantage.
- Freshers and school-leavers may also apply.
