What You'll Do:
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of each client's goals, products, business requirements and markets
• Conduct regular reviews of a client's competitors' online presence and activities
• Advise clients and Alavi teams on driving strategic cohesion across all related tactics and projects in service of big-picture business goals
• Support the Performance Marketing, Analytics and Client Success teams by providing clear strategic direction on key accounts
• Participate in the entire client lifecycle from onboarding, evaluating progress and identifying future opportunities
• Work with the Performance Marketing team to drive client satisfaction and growth
• Experiment with new tools and techniques to provide innovative experiences to clients
What You'll Need:
- 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role at a digital marketing agency - ecommerce marketing experience is strongly preferred
- In-depth knowledge of brand & product marketing, multi-channel marketing, digital marketing & related technologies, web analytics, social media, mobile & device trends and
SMB marketing needs
- Relentless problem-solving skills and the ability to assess and resolve complex challenges for a variety of client needs
- Ability to create professional-quality documents and presentations as well as strong pre- sentation and speaking skills
- Ability and desire to collaborate effectively with a wide range of team members, including colleagues and clients with varying professional backgrounds and areas of expertise
-Ability to work across multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, self-driven environment
- Ability to focus and work with humour, tact and professionalism even under pressure and with tight deadlines
