The Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Digital Marketing Specialist to be a part of our Marketing Team to drive our aggressive growth strategy across our key counties - this includes helping us reach, nurture, convert and retain customers through a variety of online and offline channels. We are looking for someone who is creative, curious and diligent to work closely with and support our Sales team across the world. This is a mid-level role with the opportunity to be mentored and coached into further development within the organisation. The role is based in Sri Lanka and will report into the VP of Marketing (based in Sydney, Australia). Given the start-up nature of the company, you will need to be flexible and inventive in the delivery of your strategy.

Responsibilities Include

  • Execute our online and offline marketing (B2B & B2C) activities
  • Write, edit and proofread compelling, persuasive marketing content for emails, landing pages, website, blogs, social media, digital ads, and direct mail.
  • Develop and manage email marketing/ creative marketing campaigns
  • Execute and manage digital advertising campaigns including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, affiliate marketing, etc.
  • Plan and organise events, conferences, and webinars
  • Generate quality leads for the Sales team and explore new ways to reach and engage our target prospects
  • Build, and manage the company’s online presence including website and social media channels.
  • Coordinate with external partners/ agencies to plan activities, monitor performance and optimise investment.
  • Measure and report performance of marketing activities (digital advertising, direct/outbound marketing, content marketing, events and webinars).

Requirements

  • Experienced marketer with 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in fast paced organization
  • Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google analytics
  • Experience using marketing automation tools like Hubspot, Salesforce a plus.
  • Ability to balance being strategic while driving very tactical execution to outcomes
  • Highly self motivated, attention to detail, collaborative and comfortable in building new competencies
  • Experience with email and social media management
  • An open mind and ability to quickly adapt to new environments
  • An ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise and work to deadlines
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) & interpersonal skills
