What you will be doing as Digital Marketing Executive
- Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns to achieve defined objectives and KPIs
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise to increase ROI
- Plan and create content for several brands across multiple channels including Facebook, Instagram TikTok, and other channels
- Research, analyse and monitor financial, technological, and demographic factors, and design digital marketing plans to capitalise on market opportunities
- Optimise social media pages to increase visibility and increase content distribution to drive user engagement
- Manage and improve SEO of websites
- Developing new and creative growth strategies
- Preparing documentation and presentations by analysing data and providing actionable insights for the leadership team and senior management for decision making
- Educate key stakeholders on the importance of various digital touchpoints in the customer journey
A little about you that makes you a great candidate
- Possess a degree in Management/Marketing or equal professional qualification preferably CIM/SLIM
- A minimum of 3 years of full-time work experience in digital marketing and content creation
- Proficiency in adobe creative suites such as photoshop, premiere pro or other photo and video editing suites will be an added advantage
- Experience in managing social media pages and a proven track record of increasing user engagement
- Demonstrable experience in managing email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns with expert knowledge in SEO and good knowledge of SERP tools
- Proven track record of being able to achieve targets and work both independently and with a team
- Exceptional organisational skills and a detail-oriented mindset
- Good communication skills in both Sinhala and English
