What you'll be doing as a Digital Marketing Analyst

• Defining a strategy to increase data literacy and understanding; in alignment with Business Units
• Developing an in-depth understanding of underlying data, data models and business domains to ensure reports meet Business Units’ needs
• Creating dashboards, reports, and presentations by analysing data to provide actionable recommendations to the leadership team
• Assist campaign planning with functional units and measure the effectiveness of campaigns
• Assist in the formulation of GTM strategies in alignment with Business Units
• Conduct post-campaign analysis to understand ROAS on all paid media channels
• Develop digital sales and marketing attribution models and support digital A/B tests
• Develop automated digital marketing dashboards to meet business requirements and identify and communicate KPI’s
• Analyse online user behaviour, conversion data, customer journeys, funnel analysis, and multi-channel attribution
• Educate key stakeholders on the importance of various digital touchpoints in the customer journey

 
A little about you that makes you a great candidate

• Possess a degree in Management/Marketing or an equal professional qualification, preferably CIM/SLIM
• A high degree of proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook ads and other ad platforms
• Experienced in measuring and analysing online marketing campaigns, including organic and paid search, e-mail, affiliate, display and social media
• Proficiency in SQL or Python will be an added advantage
• A minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar role
• Technical aptitude to integrate and extract data from digital analytics platforms such as web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), Tag Management Systems, SEO tools, Content Management Systems (WordPress), and Social Platforms (i.e. Social Bakers, Hootsuite, Sprout etc)
• Exceptional organisational skills and a detail-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of English and Sinhala
