Deputy Manager - Cash Management

Job Profile

• Manage On boarding of Corporate and SME customers to Bank Cash Management system and Open API Banking solutions

• Work closely with Corporate and SME Business in order to meet the set customer acquisition and revenue targets

• Educate Corporate and SME frontline staff on Cash Management System (CMS) and

• Corporate Internet Banking (CIB) product capability and create awareness of product through one on one selling

• Provide consultative role in assisting RM team in handling customer support in CMS and

CIB products

• Ensure business viability and profitability of the Transactional Banking business by Monitoring customer revenue and identifying cost reduction

• Assist IT to Implement IT systems/Processes required for CMS and CIB and measure process efficiencies

• Keep abreast of new developments in the digital arena for businesses and evolving client needs to ensure Nations Trust offer stays ahead of competition


Special Skills

• Sound knowledge of products and services offered to corporate customer a profitable customer base through service excellence is essential

• Strong customer and interpersonal skills

• Strong communication skills in verbal, written and presentation, strong negotiation and project management skills

• Experience in handling UAT for banking systems and/or e banking systems

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a Bank /Financial institution / Service Industry

• A part qualification in Banking (Completion of Certificate level of Banking

• Examination - CBF) or CIMA/CIM/ACCA/ACA (completion of the 2nd stage)

• Previous experience in relationship management at Corporate Banking/SME will be an added advantage
