Customer Support Executive
Job Profile:
To provide technical support to customers and fix Software (Operating system/device drivers) and Hardware faults on Desktop and Laptop PCs (Dell, Lenovo, Etc.).
Troubleshoot and repair peripheral devices such as Printers, Scanner, etc.
Advise customer on the proper use of their PCs and Laptops.
Qualifications and skills expected:
GCE O/L minimum.
NVQ Level 04 and above or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years' working experience in similar capacity.
Ability to communicate effectively in English and Sinhala languages, both verbal and written.
Good troubleshooting skills on MS-Windows and Intel based computer hardware.
Age should below 35 years.
Ability to work independently in a challenging, interesting and rewarding environment.
