JOR DESCRIPTION
• Manage a significant volume of inbound and outbound calls for prospective clients.
•Generate client's interest in the products/services offered by the company.
•Provide clients accurate/ valid information by using the right tools and methods.
•Identity/understand clients' needs to provide effective solutions and lead the client to buy
•Ensure timely and accurate record-keeping of pertinent customer information.
•Initiate follow-up and feedback calls as deemed necessary.
•Coordinate with management to resolve client inquiries and produce call reports/logs.
•Adhere to process protocols, best practices, and regulatory requirements of the company
PERSON SPECIFICATION
•Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in
English is compulsory. (Hindi, Malay would be an added
advantage)
•Client oriented with the ability to adapt/respond to
different type of characters.
•Ability to multitask, Prioritize and manage time effectively
•Excellent interpersonal skills to engage clients interest
with the services offered by the company.
•Positive attitude, highly motivated and team oriented
person.
•Working knowledge of basic IT applications
