Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Customers to understand their business requirements and recommend solutions that would be catered to through Axienta’s Vantage solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects and customer relationships by identifying issues and delivering solutions.
  • Work closely with the development & QA teams to ensure delivery of the upgrades within the agreed timelines.
  • Release management and Verification of the versions prior to client delivery.
  • Coordinate the client and the technical team in the application deployment process.

Requirments

  • BSc Degree or equivalent in IT or Business.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in BA or Customer Support
  • ·Ability to understand business processes & conversant with software solutions.
  • Knowledge in SQL Server, Oracle database & ability to write SQL queries is required.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exposure to ERP / SFA software or experience in Sales operations would be an added advantage
