Responsibilities
- Work closely with Customers to understand their business requirements and recommend solutions that would be catered to through Axienta’s Vantage solutions.
- Manage multiple projects and customer relationships by identifying issues and delivering solutions.
- Work closely with the development & QA teams to ensure delivery of the upgrades within the agreed timelines.
- Release management and Verification of the versions prior to client delivery.
- Coordinate the client and the technical team in the application deployment process.
Requirments
- BSc Degree or equivalent in IT or Business.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in BA or Customer Support
- ·Ability to understand business processes & conversant with software solutions.
- Knowledge in SQL Server, Oracle database & ability to write SQL queries is required.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exposure to ERP / SFA software or experience in Sales operations would be an added advantage
