Customer Solution Representative

It is a global business that brings together management responsibility for Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance and Asset Management with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels.
We are currently seeking individuals to join our Underwriting Services team in the role of Customer Solution Representative on a fixed term contract for a period of six (6) months.
In this role, you will:
- Asses limit enhancements, upgrade/downgrade requests from retail, corporate customers and staff within regional and local credit guidelines
- Asses personal loans, secured and unsecured overdraft facilities for personal customers within credit guidelines
- Conduct income verification, load approved limits on systems and generate customer letters
- Re-evaluate declined requests based on approval given by Underwriting Services Managers for reconsideration requests by attending to supplementary documents and re-instating facilities
- Support to achieve the stipulated service level agreement and maintain high standard quality
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
- Successful completion of GCE O/L Examinations, applicants with pending GCE A/L Examinations results may apply
- Microsoft Excel/Word knowledge will be an added advantage
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Be flexible and manage business priorities in a dynamic working environment
- Ability to shoulder additional responsibilities and meet strict deadlines
- Positive ‘can do’ attitude and an ability to take ownership of tasks through to completion
