Key Responsibilities:
Handling phone, internet and face to face interaction with customers, to resolve product or service problems, clarifying customer sales, requirements and complaints etc.

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

  • Excellent command of English, fluency in Sinhala will be an additional advantage.
  • Proven customer support experience.
  • Strong phone contact handling and ability to work under pressure.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Background in FMCG sector would be an added advantage.
