Job Description:
Acquire depth knowledge about Axinom products, platforms and solutions
Engage with customers by answering incoming chat requests and calls
Provide guidance about Axinom products or service requests
Work very closely with other departments to provide the best customer service
Work in 24x7 environment
Skill Requirements:
Fluent in English (verbal & written)
IT knowledge and computer skills are must
You enjoy the contact with customers and work reliably, independently and highly customer-orientated
You have an excellent and comprehensive verbal expression
You like working in an international team and appreciate exchanging ideas and knowledge with colleagues
Professional qualifications like SLIM/CIM and in IT are must
Previous experience in Media or Aviation industry will be an added qualification
Good presentation skills, customer communication skills are definite advantage
