Job description
- Acquire depth knowledge about Axinom products, platforms and solutions
- Engage with website visitors by guiding them through the product portfolio and running tailored presentations for them
- Provide guidance about Axinom products or service requests
- Work very closely with other departments to provide the best customer service
- Work in a 24 x 7 environment
Skill requirements
- Fluent in English (verbal & written)
- Good presentation skills, customer communication skills are must
- You enjoy the contact with customers and work reliably, independently and highly customer-orientated
- You have an excellent and comprehensive verbal expression
- You like working in an international team and appreciate exchanging ideas and knowledge with colleagues
- Professional qualifications like SLIM/CIM and in IT are must
- Previous experience in Media or Transportation industries will be an added qualification
- IT knowledge in understanding software and how it works
- Computer skills (Chat, MS Office)
Beneficial skills
- Higher education in IT/Sales
- You are proactive, disciplined and positive self-starter and team player with passion to continue to improve
- Prior experience in software product promotion/pre-sales/demonstrations
