Customer Relations Executive
The Role

The selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of customer
service operations and meeting customer requirements by liaising with internal
departments, external entities and other stake holders.
The Person should possess

  • A minimum Of 3 passes in GCE AIL and a Diploma certificate from a recognized institute
  • Excellent computer literacy skills (MS office, email & internet)
  • A minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar capacity
  • Excellent command of all 3 local languages (trilingual)
  • Possess problem solving, multitasking, analytical, organizing, leadership and negotiation

• Must be willing to work flexible hours on a roaster basis (Remotely from Home)) with minimum supervision.
