The Person
Must be having pleasing personality and able to work individually and in teams. Demonstrate good leadership skills and taking initiative and
willing to expand responsibilities
The Job
- Serve the customer requirement via inbound and outbound calls.
- Timely completion of outbound target,
- Follow up an assigned Customer requests
- Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports,
- Work according to shift and roster
Qualifications
- Age should be between 20—30, Capable of speaking fluently in all three languages Sinha|a/ Tamil/ English
- Minimum 3 passes at the G,C,E, (A/L),
- CIM, SLlM, ACII or a degree from a recognized university will be an added advantage.
- Target oriented, being customer service oriented and possessing the ability to identity Changing Customer needs,
- Ability to work with minimum supervision, High level of flexibility to work on tight schedules are essential
Experience
Minimum two years experience at a reputed organization would be a definite advantage
