Description
Eutech is looking for someone to help customers create smarter workplaces and buildings.
As a Customer Onboarding Specialist your role will be to engage with customers and help them start using our platform and engaging with it.

Roles and Responsibilities
 

  • Create relationships and build trust with customers.
  • Help users become heroes within their organization by leveraging our platform better.
  • Communicate with customers and understand their pain points and organizational needs.
  • Work with the development team and sales team to help customers navigate the platform, and find value in it.
  • Work with customers to establish critical goals, key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their goals
  • Achieve quarterly/annual renewal and expansion revenue targets
  • Learn and familiarize yourself with how the Lucy Workplace Platform works and to be able to demonstrate its usage and provide high level consulting to customers who are trying to use it.
  • Make our customers tell everyone else they know about our platform and customer service.
  • Set out processes to engage with customers regularly and execute on the process and maintain KPIs.
  • Analyze user engagement data, identify actionable insights. Report regularly on KPIs

 
Requirements
 

  • Excellent command of English and comfort in conversing with customers from different regions. We primarily serve Australia, Singapore, South Asia, the Middle East and increasingly, Europe. So you get to engage with people from a wide variety of backgrounds
  • Curiosity and self learning. You will be given full support and guidance our on product and how to use it - however it does have a learning curve and having interest in learning the domain and industry will go a long way in helping you help customers. 
  • Demonstrable ability to write well.

  • Enjoy talking to people and more importantly, listening to them and understanding their needs.
  • Ability to converse at a technical level to help use the product and at a business level to help understand required outcomes.
  • 0-3 years experience
