CUSTOMER COORDINATOR - INBOUND OPERATIONS
PREREQUISITIES
Good educational background preferably 3 passes at GCE A/L
Possessing execellent communication skills in English/Sinhala is a must (spoken and written)
Communication skiils in Tamil Language will be an added advantage
Execellent computer literacy (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Previous experience in a call centre in a reputed organization with more than 2 years of experience will be an added advantage
JOB SCOPE
Handle all incoming/outgoing calls related to life / Health inquries
Follow up on customer calls whenever neccessary and respond to emails
Manage and resolve customer complaints
Maintain positive relationship with client and coordinate with other department all the time
