Customer Care Executive (Call Center Agent) will be the primary contact person for the corporate customers .The selected candidate will respond to inquiries, manage complaints, troubleshoot significant customer service problems and provide general information.
Posses G. C. E A/L.
01 year experience in handling a similar role in a reputed company
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Fluency in English/Sinhala and Tamil would be an added advantage.
Should have excellent organization skills and multitasking.
Proficient in relevant computer applications / Microsoft Office Package.
Must be able to contribute to a positive team environment.
