Job Description
- Collaborate with relevant teams to formulate efficient & sustainable journeys aligned with the business’s overall objectives.
- Design personalized journey strategies across multiple channels to address each segment and stage of the user lifecycle.
- Monitoring and evaluating CRM Campaigns and activities.
- Development of programs, roadmaps, and CRM strategies.
- Focus on the user conversion, upsell, loyalty, and retention marketing strategies - with the objective of optimizing visits on the platform and minimizing user churn.
- Work closely with Regional team, Merchandisers, Marketing, BI, and other stakeholders to align the CRM communication plans based on the trends and performance.
- Conduct A/B testing and optimize the channels by identifying the key areas of improvement.
- Support operations during the campaign in terms of planning the CRM calendar, setup, and testing, to deployment, analysis, and optimization.
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Marketing or Business Management from a top reputed University.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in CRM / Digital Marketing Role.
- Creative, hardworking, methodical, and very structured with a pro-active attitude.
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office tools (especially Excel) and Google Applications.
- Strong business acumen with strong critical thinking and analysis skills.
- Highly motivated and able to demonstrate strong academic and professional experience.
- Knowledge in HTML/SQL will be an added advantage.
