We are looking for a Creative Director to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media and lead a team of creatives.

Responsibilities
- Leading a team of creative designers in training and guiding them
- Participating in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
- Planning concepts by studying relevant information and material.
- Communicating with clients and the internal team to determine the scope of the project.
- Understanding client requirements and pitch in ideas to help them achieve their objectives.
Requirements
- A minimum of 03 years experience
- Portfolio of previous design work to be submitted along with your CV
- Possess technical knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, XD and other relevant platforms.
- Knowledge about branding and positioning
- BA/BSc in Multimedia/Media and Communication Design or in a relevant field
- Ability to communicate and converse with clients to understand the scope of the project
- Ability to Coordinate and Lead a team of creative designers
- Experience in photography/videography/production coordination would be an added advantage
