KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- A Degree or an equivalent professional qualification from a recognised Institution/University in Information Technology or a finance related discipline. Membership of a Professional Information Technology Body such as, the British Computer Society/Australian Computer Society
- At least 15 years working experience in IT, covering a broad spectrum of disciplines, with at least 5 years in the financial industry. Good understanding of the local banking and financial services industry.
- A track record of project management/ planning, & implementation. Ability to work effectively in matrix managed structure, with strong cross functional and cross border influences.
- Good leadership capabilities to guide and motivate a highly technical team with a wide array of complex job roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills and decisions making capability with the ability to interact and work with external vendors, regulators and other parties in executing the IT function.
- Technical Skills to include knowledge to include knowledge on latest Technology trends covering (but not limited) Data Analytics, Process Digitization, Machine Learning / AI, Cloud Technologies, API, etc.
