About the Role:
The Content Administrator is mainly responsible for helping authors to connect with Wiley and directing them to the relevant publishing divisions. Also responsible for coordinating with Wiley’s legal teams to ensure the protection of the Wiley own contents along with Salesforce opportunity curation and maintenance.
How you will make an impact:
- Communicate with Authors and relevant other parties to make sure that the authors get directed to the correct people to get the books published.
- Provide information to the authors to differentiate the publication disciplines and help the authors to connect with the correct contact points at Wiley in order to publish their materials.
- Communicate with 3rd parties on unauthorized publications of Wiley’s content to stop such publishing
- Coordinate activities with Wiley legal teams and people/organizations that have published Wiley content without authorization.
- Follow up on the actions needed to be taken on removing such unauthorized content publishing
- Provide necessary/available information on unauthorized publishing of Wiley content to Legal and other teams.
- SalesForce opportunity curation and maintenance, knowledge in SalesForce database, SQL, Excel is useful
What we look for:
- Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Business Management, Art or International Law
- Have excellent organizational, analytical, presentation and communication skills.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills for developing partnerships/alliances.
- Computer literacy
- Must be detail-oriented, accurate, and pay attention to detail
- Must be able to multitask and meet deadlines
- Ability to comprehend and follow oral and/ or written directions
