Role responsibilities:
- Analyzing and solving the SAP SD issues
- Conducting SAP SD process configurations
- Updating and maintaining all SAP SD functional documentation
- Analyzing and scoping end user authorization roles
- Conducting unit tests, integration tests and system integration test
- Proposing solutions to improve the support of new business processes
- Supporting the functional team with issues and providing a solutions-based approach within the defined SLAs
- Configurations related to Masters, guiding and training the users on Business Processes
- Involving in full cycle of SAP implementations as a consultant
Qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years' experience - SAP Sales and Distribution Module, a minimum of one full cycle of SAP implementation
- Experience in any other SAP modules i.e., Management, Treasury, Sales and Distribution, Production Planning, and Business Intelligence, will be a definite advantage
- Certification in SAP Sales and Distribution will be an added advantage
