About The Role
The Compliance & Quality Operations Associate role is a strategic position dedicated to optimize the in-house quality controls and compliance standards of the Uber Eats Business in Sri Lanka. This person is going to be accountable for managing the user experience across the delivery platform within Sri Lanka.
What You'll Do
Track and identify instances of rider Fraud; operationalise best-in-class processes and preventive mechanisms to safeguard platform
Track rider quality metrics and find areas of opportunity; run experiments to drive engagement, loyalty, and retention while maintaining quality on the platform
Automate education throughout the lifecycle of the earners to make sure they are adequately equipped to perform to their best levels
Improve experience for consumer & merchant sides while reducing their requirement to reach support channels due to the defects caused by the rider base
Basic Qualifications
2+ years of experience in analytical operations or other hyper-growth startups is preferred
Understanding the Sri Lankan food delivery space is a huge advantage
Experience with data-based decision-making - exercising good judgment in ambiguous circumstances, and effectively communicating across a diverse team.
Strong Excel skills, other database experience are helpful. (e.g SQL)
Proven to be self-motivated, self-directed, and eager to take ownership of tasks to ensure solution
