Cloud Partner Business Manager

 

As a Cloud Partner Business Manager, You are the expert. Passionate about your partner's business and their organization, financials, competitiveness in the market, business issues and

equally knowledgeable about the unique capabilities of CLOUD's services/products. You'll also be responsible for navigating CLOUD in identifying and acquiring critical resources needed to develop the best solution for your partner, while applying CLOUD strategies and

offerings, methods and models, to pipeline generating, sales and delivery.

 

Job Profile

  • Operate as a Cloud expert and sales leader in the areas of IAAS, PAAS, SAAS cloud Integration, and cloud-native technology
  • Develop and drive the engagement with business partners in generating new businesses and works towards nurturing the existing accounts
  • Focus on all new partner on boarding and develop and maintain key account plans that identify the opportunity for CLOUD to deliver value to customers
  • Defining/qualifying sales opportunities, determining and engaging on scope and cost projections, formulating potential cloud solutions based on client requirements
  • Lead client negotiations, propose solutions to CXOs, and evaluation committees acting as the single point of client contact for all deal-progression activities. 
  • Maintain executive-level interaction with strategic alliances, industry influencers, and key company stakeholders.
  • Keeping abreast and insight into competition, competitive issues, and products.
  • Leads partner presentations while describing Huawei CLOUD's point of view, services, proposals through a value-driven sales approach.
  • Collaborates between external partners and internal sales organizations development including but not limited to Huawei internal sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams during the endto-end engagement and sales process

 

Person Profile 

  • At least 5 years of business development or technical sales experience in developing cloud native solutions
  • Bachelor / Master's degree in computer science, cloud computing, or any relevant study area.
  • Must have a good understanding of the latest IT Trends, open-source technology landscapes, and Infra as a service in cloud-native knowledge
  • A strong track record of sales achievement within the new business or account management environment. 
  • Preferably a sales hunter and hungry for new business successes
  • Possess direct sales experiences with account or partner sales approach will be an added advantage
  • Possesses demonstrable business awareness with the ability to develop pursuit strategies and maintain a high level of business acumen to have meaningful conversations with prospects.
  • The candidate must be fluent in both written and spoken English, Mandarin is a plus
  • Must be able to work independently, handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and negotiate and collaborate effectively
