Dentsu Grant, one of Sri Lanka’s pioneering advertising agencies since 1958 and part of the Dentsu Aegis Network – one of the largest award-winning agency networks in the world, is looking for a Client Servicing Executive who can talk the talk and walk the walk!
We need your experience, dedication, and charisma to build meaningful relationships with clients and liaise with our communication team.
Your skills and experience
- Significant experience in professional client relationship management
- A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (both English and Sinhala)
- The ability to organize events and activations independently is an advantage
- An educational background in Sales or Marketing or proven work experience
- The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- A positive and problem-solving mindset
While taking on the responsibilities of:
- The day-to-day management of clients’ marketing and branding campaigns
- Paying close attention to detail to ensure quality output is delivered to Clients
- Regular communication and liaising with clients at a senior level
- Generating accurate reports and status notifications
- Pitching fresh and innovative ideas to clients
- Ensuring brand consistency
- Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
- Using your knowledge and skills to push clients, the team and the agency in the most productive direction
