Chief Transformation Officer
The selected individual will be tasked to provide Group level strategic directions by leading change management as well as business transformational initiatives that contribute to Group-wide business growth. Incubation and execution of new commercial ideas in collaboration with various internal
and external stakeholders would also be a key deliverable of the role. He/she is expected to create and add value as a change management expert, display a comprehensive knowledge of various business situations, high emotional intelligence, business analytical skims and competence in matrix
management.
Main duties of the above position includes, but is not limited to:
- Delivering business value by leveraging emerging technology infrastructure
- Leading the development, implementation and overseeing organizational KPIs
- Leading and implementing major strategic and operational transformational initiatives
- Enhancing customer experience through business infrastructure improvements
- Overseeing organizational transformation by fostering a culture of accountabüity and innovative thought leadership
- Practice & embed agüe methodology in accelerating transformational initiatives
The selected candidate also be required to lead initiatives such as:
Customer Journey Mapping and analyzing the customer experience
Business model design is customer-oriented to factor in customer demands
Capability assessment - Capitalizing on in-house capabüities and invest in bridging the sküls gap
Communication and Training - Creating awareness of the organizational transformational initiatives for better engagement and collaboration
