Chief Executive Officer
Ready-Mix Concrete Operation
The right candidate should possess;
- Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka or the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants or the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants
- Have at least five (05) years' experience in a similar capacity of which minimum of three (03) years in the manufacturing/ industrial organization
- Preferably an MBA from a recognized University
- Sound interpersonal skills coupled with strategic focus into the overall objectives of the business
- Ability to plan, direct and control the operations of the company while achieving the goals of the company
- Ability to develop annual manufacturing and financial business plans
- Ability to prepare and control budgets
- Ability to formulate and implement policies and procedures to ensure high service quality
- Ability to ensure effective internal controls & procedures and management information systems are in place
- Skill to be an excellent team player to deliver results to the Board on a timely manner
- Be in the age group Of 40 to 50 years
