Cashier cum Junior Public Relation Officer (PRO)
Nawaloka Premier Wellness Center is cater its services to the Elite Customers who seek personalized care in a homey environment
Responsibilities:
Cashier is responsible for handling day to day front office cashiering function whilst ensuring funds are
collected on bills accurately and issued to customers promptly.
Junior PRO is responsible to assist the Senior PRO for Front Office coordination and handling Elite/ VIP
Customers.
Job Profile:
Preparing accurate and complete receipt/ invoice upon payments
Handling a" collection and reconcile it each cashier sessions.
Provide speedy and quality customer sen.'ice_
Update relevant records in the hospital information system related to cashiering function and
liaise wth senior cashier.
Coordinate the VIP clients at the front office with the senior PRO.
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
- Passed GCE O/L with English, Mathematics and / or Science & GCE ,A/L
- Minimum years of experience in the sen.'ice sector or in a related field and experience in
- Healthcare industry' WOU'd be an added advantage.
- A pleasing personality' with excellent customer relations skills.
- A good command of the English language.
- Computer literacy
- Willingness to work on shift basis.
- Smart and dynamic Individuals below 30 years of age.
