Role description
 
We are looking for someone to assist our candidates with finding the right program. Your responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending programs and providing careers support. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our candidate’s trust. Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent support for students and recent graduates.
 
Responsibilities
 

  • Monitor communication channels consistently to assist candidates with their enquiries
  • Handle a large volume of candidates simultaneously and be able to respond promptly via phone, email or chat
  • Ensuring all candidates have a full understanding of the application process and program offerings while managing their expectations
  • Being up-to-date with key employability and industry trends across all of our program locations to best advise candidates
  • Identify customer needs and recommend the right solution
  • Update our internal databases with information about issues and useful discussions with customers
  • Gather customer feedback and share with our Recruitment, Placement and Marketing teams
  • Support other team members when necessary

 
Requirements
 

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Familiarity with our industry is a plus
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Patience when handling tough cases
