Job Description

  • End-to-end campaign management, close coordination on planning, execution and SOP creation within a specified cluster.
  • Build a campaign calendar taking into account incoming product assortment & seasonal trends with onsite plan.
  • Analyze Category Product performance, not limited to analyzing product assortment and price competitiveness with clear insight.
  • Create campaign production schedules, monitor activity and notify stakeholders of relevant fluctuations.
  • Coordinate campaign tasks with Commercial, Traffic Ops and MKT and ensure all pertinent project information is communicated to stakeholders involved for continual monitoring of progress.
  • Close coordination with seller engagement team to maximize seller participation in different campaigns.
  • Introduce new mechanics to consistently grow and engage the customer base and enrich the user journey.
  • Become fluent on current tools, and develop strategies to utilize these to their maximum potential.
  • Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide internal reports to maximize customer engagement and conversion for a sustainable growth.
  • Conduct A+ campaigns with end to end campaign management, close follow ups with relevant stakeholders and keep everyone informed on latest developments.
  • Active participation in Mega campaigns with an ownership of the cluster, manage onsite config and deals population for all categories falling under the assigned cluster.

Requirements

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in Marketing/Campaign Planning Role.
  • Graduates in Marketing/ Sales or Business Management or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Experience in one or more of the following industries would be an added advantage: FMCG/Electronics/Fashion/Lifestyle.
  • Strong business acumen with strong critical thinking and analysis skills.
  • Knowledge on Online Marketing (Google Ads, SEO, PPC) would be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Proficiency in Sinhala and Tamil would be an added advantage).
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office tools (especially Excel) and Google Applications.
  • Highly motivated and able to demonstrate strong academic and professional experience.
