Call Desk Representative (Gross salary - LKR 40,000)


Duties and Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests from customers via phone or email

• Understand the basics of IT support (Hardware and Software) requests and route the service requests to appropriate resource

• Follow the standard help desk procedures to log all service requests

• Follow up with engineering team regarding the assigned service requests

• Prepare service call reports


Job Specification

• Diploma level education is preferred

• Working experience with Windows/MAC PCs/Laptops

• Hands-on experience on MS Office Packages specifically MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint


Key Skills and Competencies

• Oral and written communication skills in English

• Customer service orientation

• Adaptability

• Team interaction
