Officer - Call Centre
Job Accountabilities
• Act as the front-linecontactpointwhen AIA firstclasscustomers requiresassistance (handlingAFCwelcomecall, Sending welcome-pack, Responding AFC callsand emails)
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
• Monitoringcustomer premium payments and proactively prevent lapses
• Handling quarterly health calls, birthday calls and communicating special partner offers
• Liaising with vendors to send gifts/hampers
• ServicingAFCAgentstoassistAlA firstclasscustomers
Job Specifications
• A sound educational background with good A/L results
• Minimum 1 year experiencein call center, preferably in Insurance
• Excellent Communication skills in both English and Sinhala Languages
• Strong relationship management skills
• Hardworking abilities with working ability under pressure
