Call Centre Officer - AIA Sri Lanka

Job Accountabilities
• Act as the front-linecontactpointwhen AIA firstclasscustomers requiresassistance (handlingAFCwelcomecall, Sending welcome-pack, RespondingAFCcallsand emails)
•Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
•Monitoringcustomer premium payments and proactively prevent lapses
•Handling quarterly health calls, birthday calls and communicating special partner offers
•Liaising with vendors to send gifts/hampers
• ServicingAFCAgentstoassistAlA firstclasscustomers
Job Specifications
• A sound educational background with good AIL results
•Minimum 1 year experiencein call center, preferably in Insurance
•Excellentcommunication skills in both English and Sinhala Languages
•Strong relationship managementskills
•Hardworking abilities with working ability under pressure
