Job Role
- Answer customer queries, lodging complaints and interacting with Customers over Social Platforms.
- Perform the assigned tasks as per the given guidelines to meet the allocated targets.
- Handle the customers with respect and identify a win-win outcome.
Person’s specification
- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala or English and Tamil.
- Good team player with a customer-oriented attitude.
- 1-2 years of Experience in customer handling role.
- School leavers and freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Aged between 18 and 25 years.
- Willingness to work on a rotational basis (5 Days a Week in a 24x7 Environment).

- Basic IT knowledge is also an added advantage.
