Call Center Assistants
- Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their concerns.
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support.
- Call clients and customers to inform them about changes to existing products of the company.
- Guide callers through troubleshooting or assign jobs to appropriate support officers.
- Voice clarity & courtesy with listening skills and service-oriented mindset
- More than 2 years of experience in customer handling role
- Must have excellent communication skills in Sinhala
- Maintain customer queries call records
