Job Accountabilities
- Agree on sales targets and sales plans witn the Head of Sales and achieve the assigned targets.
- Generate a prospect database ot g)tential customers (leads) by working closely with all stakeholders
- Generate more sales through existing customer reterrals
- Gather & update competitor information indust-y information in orderto conduct a proper wealth conversation in promoting the Insurance products.
- Coordinate / attend monthly sales meetings, review meetings to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.
Job Specifications
- 3-4 years of experience in sales preferably in the Finance or Insurance sector handling financial products
- Professional qualification related to Sales or Marketing or fully/partly qualification in SLIM / CIM is preferred
- Excellent oral & written communication skills in English
- Computer literacy, In MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
