BUSINESS MANAGER
JOB PROFILE
The Business Manager is responsible in handling a team of field managers towards achieving the marketing objectives of selected product /agencies. Also he / she is required to develop strategies to exploit market opportunities, execute those strategies with the cross functional-teams, and deliver the sales volume & market share for the business.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Professional qualification or a degree in marketing
- Minimum 05 years experience in pharmaceutical industry in a Managerial position
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to work in a competitive, fast paced and changing business environment with sound analytical and problem - Solving skills
- Ability to motivate, train and develop the team members to ensure that set targets are achieved
