Business Manager — Partnership Distribution
The main objective of the role is to assist the Management team of the Bancassurance channel in formulating strategic goals for the future and monitoring them on a regular basis.

Job Accountabilities:
- Developing business management goals and objectives
- Designing and implementing business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals
- Ability to organize and coordinate operations resulting in maximum productivity
- Prepare regular forecasts to project business performance and trending, liaising with the respective functions of the business
- Analyze internal business and financial metrics to support strategy formulation
- Maintain good relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers
Job Specifications
- A Degree in Business Management/ Economics or a professional qualification in Finance will be an added advantage
- At least 5 years of experience ina similar role at management level
- Excellent communication skills with effective consultation, negotiation and influencing skills
- Good analytical skills with the ability to analyze financial and statistical data
- Excellent presentations and presenting skills
