Role Overview:
The successful candidate will help drive the business successfully by supporting the implementation of a strong business development strategy, taking initiative and communicating internally and externally to resolve business issues using systems and data.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Perform research and analysis in support of operations, including collection and management of quantitative and qualitative data
- Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of the solutions we provide
- Assist in resolving business issues using systems and data
- Manage and update company database and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Support operations team in daily admin tasks
- Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities
- Prepare promotional materials
- Provides ideas to grow and improve the business
- Learn and becomes proficient on internal software systems
Requirements:
- Background in Business, Economics, Stats, Math or other area of relevance
- Attention to detail
- Pro-active
- Data-driven
- Proficiency in excel
- Strong communication skills
