Job Description
- Responsible for automation of key reports whilst building a robust BI solution that would support growth of Daraz commercial operations.
- Building BI Solutions, Automation and Data Visualization: Automate reports using SQL and BI tools.
- Identify and translate business requirements and opportunities into actionable recommendationsto achieve individual, team and company revenue and performance metrics.
- Support Marketing, Traffic Operations & Commercials teams in finding new ways to improvingperformance based on historical data and have full knowledge of relevant KPIs.
- Communicate effectively and work with business owners to understand business challenges & opportunities, and to drive data-driven decision into process & tool improvement together with business team.
- Supporting and measuring impact of campaigns and reporting to senior management
- Build predictive models, marketing attribution models, customer life time value, segmentation,
churn analysis etc.
- Performing other duties as assigned or required by the management.
Requirements
- Following a Bachelors in IT or an equivalent relevant qualification.
- 2 years SQL Experience in a previous role is essential.
- Prior experience in MS Excel and hands-on experience in
building dashboards on BI solutions will be mandatory.
- Proven problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a
fast-paced environment.
