- Achieve the agreed monthly revenue and other objectives.
- Develop a revenue funnel which would compensate to ensure achievement of the monthly revenue objective.
- Undertake regular market research on overall market, competitor and services.
- Sustain business growth and profitability by engaging with the client strategically communicating the values of DS’s services and other developments.
- Collaborate with SRM team and Execute territorial GTM strategies to improve on market share.
- Hold product/Service POC demonstrations for customers.
- Improve onboarding processes and ensure SLAs achieved in a timely manner in collaboration with internal support teams.
- Contribute to problem-solving sessions with the project team, consulting team, and client representatives on a regular basis
- Provide insight and commitment in minimizing and thereafter eliminating customer pain points.
- Aid in enhancing the service offerings and designing of new service offerings
