Job Description
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Identify new sales leads and potential new markets
- Meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Job Specification
- Proven working experience as a business development/ sales executive or in a similar role
- Prior experience in digital media /marketing is an added advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and handle multiple clients/projects
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing clients
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
