Responsibilities
- Drive the sales strategies of the company in the mobile applications/ solutions segments, aligning with the company's long-term business goals
- Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas analyzing marketplace trends, and customer behaviors
- Promote the existing product portfolio and create value additions based on clients’ current objectives
- Ensure Total Customer Satisfaction through the project life cycle
- Use social media to effectively market product portfolio and build a contact base of clients
- Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and maintain databases and reporting tools
- Lead specific project designs, catering to customer product requirements and liaising with Mobisec software development team
Qualifications
- CIM/ SLIM qualification OR equivalent Sales and Marketing related degree/ diploma
- Ideally 2-to-4 years’ experience in a sales-oriented role in the ICT related industry
- Customer-centric thinking and solution-oriented approach
- Excellent communication skills with an outgoing personality
- Ability to engage in technical discussions related to mobile applications and products
- Analytical skills including the ability to manage client databases and derive insights of market trends
