A well-reputed company is on the lookout for a Business Development Executive.
Responsibilities:
- Identify & approach potential leads.
- Maintain good relationships with new & existing customers.
- Make cold calls, send emails and set up products demos.
- Develop & present KPI reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Prepare & deliver appropriate presentations on products & services.
- Execute sales strategies for monthly target achievement.
- Identify market selling conditions and evaluate customer needs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve a common goal.
Qualifications:
- At least 1-year experience in a sales role is a must.
- Ability to speak English, Sinhala fluently (Tamil is a bonus).
- Basic skills in MS Office, email, and CRM systems.
- Quick and enthusiastic learner.
- Excellent communication skills with a smart & pleasant personality.
